Reston 2016 Holiday Parade
Come March with your Family at the Annual Reston Town Center Holiday Parade!
LANK has been invited to participate in this fun, festive holiday tradition!

Date: November 25th, 2016
Parade march begins at 11am.
Arrival time is between 10am - 10:30am.
They will not line us up without our group present by 10:30am!
If you have children under age 3, they must be in a stroller or wagon.
After the parade, enjoy the festivities at the Reston Town Center!
Schedule - Friday, November 25, 2016:
10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: Arrive for Parade
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Reston Holiday Parade - 26th Annual
12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Santa & Mrs. Claus, visits and photos; Mini-Train Rides
6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Tree Lighting & Sing Along
6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Horse-drawn Carriage Rides
THINGS TO KNOW:
PARKING: Parking will be free the day of the parade. Park your vehicle in any garage. There are three off New Dominion. NOTE!! There is congestion exiting the Fountain Garage immediately after the parade, plan accordingly.
MEETING LOCATION: Parade staging location (line up location) is along Fountain Drive. Please see Parade Map. Meet between 10-10:30am and locate your group on Fountain Drive. Groups will be ordered in numerical order along the street.

A representative from LANK will be holding a #20 sign and a LANK banner.
ADULTS: Please wear a WHITE shirt, polo, turtleneck, sweater or other item outside of your
jacket. We will distribute LANK stickers and want a uniform look.
CHILDREN: Dress your child in their white LANK t-shirt.
Please bring a teddy bear of any size to carry. We want to show pride in the LANK logo!

PARADE COMMITTEE REQUESTS:
Please remain in formation and maintain a steady pace during the parade.
Stopping is not allowed unless indicated by the parade pacers located along the parade route.
Pacers will be situated throughout the parade route to assist with gaps created by
performances, so you may be asked to speed up, then slow down.
Please proceed along the entire parade route before disbanding.
