Staff Meetings & Teacher Workdays
You will note on the school calendar that there are several days during the school year set aside for the LANK staff to attend meetings and workshops for professional growth.
The regular monthly meetings are also designed to discuss, evaluate, and modify various aspects of the school program. Outside Early Education Specialists are consulted to explore ideas, problem solve and conduct professional development workshops.
LANK has a strong tradition of caring for children as individuals, and it is through meetings and workshops of this kind that our staff members share valuable ideas and grow in their understanding of child development.
