In-Service Staff Meetings
You will note on the school calendar that there are several days during the school year set aside for In-Service Staff Meetings. These meetings are designed to discuss, evaluate, and modify various aspects of the school program. During this time, outside early education specialists are consulted to help explore ideas, problem solve and conduct professional development workshops.
LANK has a strong tradition of caring for children as individuals and it is through meetings and workshops of this kind that our staff members share valuable ideas and grow in their understanding of child development.
