Thank you for your interest in LANK. Hard copies of the application are available in the LANK office at any time and will be distributed at all Open Houses. Below is a PDF version of the application that can be downloaded and printed. A PDF reader is required in order to view this document. Please go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to install adobe reader if needed.
Please note that both the application form and application fee must be received in the LANK office by the pertinent dates listed below in order to be processed. An application is not complete unless it is accompanied by the $125.00 application fee.
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 12:00 NOON – Applications due from currently enrolled students and their siblings.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 12:00 NOON – Applications due from
former LANK families.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 12:00 NOON – Applications due
from new families; lottery drawing for remaining spaces and waiting lists.
