Enrollment

LANK’s enrollment process begins with a series of Open Houses that start in December and end in late January. You will be invited to the school to see the program in action, speak with the directors, and receive an enrollment packet. Your child may accompany you for these visits. This process ends in early February when all applications are processed and children are formally enrolled.  Please refer to our admissions calendar  for specific dates.

LANK students and their siblings have priority enrollment, as do former LANK families. A lottery system is used to place new families.  The school has an open admission policy and applications are processed on the dates assigned in the admissions calendar.

Junior Preschool children must be two years old as of September 30th and all preschool children must be at least three years old as of September 30th. Occasional exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the directors. With the exception of the Junior Preschool, all children must be toilet-trained to attend LANK.

Every child new to LANK must present an original birth certificate or passport, and a current physical form before attending school in September.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

Occasionally, mid-year enrollment may be available and waiting lists are maintained for all programs.  Please feel free to call our office if you have additional enrollment questions.
